Emily Conway Art is based in the United Kingdom and is not responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees associated with international orders. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Original artwork

  • Custom commissions

These charges are set by the destination country’s customs agency and are the responsibility of the recipient. If you choose to refuse these charges, your order will be returned. In such cases, a refund will be issued minus the shipping costs, provided the artwork is returned in its original condition.

All orders are declared at full purchase value on customs forms in compliance with international law. Customs documents will not be falsified under any circumstance.

Returns Policy

At Emily Conway Art, each piece is created with care and attention to detail. Because original and mini paintings are one-of-a-kind, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the item arrives damaged or does not meet UK consumer guarantees.

While we strive to represent colours as accurately as possible, please note that slight variations may occur due to differences in screen display and device calibration. If colour accuracy is critical, we recommend viewing the artwork on multiple devices before purchase.

In line with UK consumer protection laws:

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or not as described.

  • For damaged items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide clear photographic evidence of the product and packaging, along with your order details.

  • This policy helps protect both customers and the artist and ensures fairness for all.

Print Orders (Fine Art Prints & Canvas Prints)

All prints are made to order and fulfilled through a trusted third-party print provider. As a result:

  • All print sales are final and non-refundable unless the item arrives damaged.

  • If your print order is damaged in transit, please reach out within 7 days of delivery with photographs of the damage and we’ll arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

Thank you for your understanding and for supporting independent art.
